Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?

A: We have customers from all over the world and work hard to provide reasonable delivery times. We ship orders out within 24 hours of placement, unless there is a national holiday or we need to contact you for clarification regarding your order.

Shipping times vary by product type:

Mini Kits:

• Ship from our USA warehouse
• Estimated delivery: 3-5 days to locations in the USA, up to 10 days to worldwide locations

Full-sized Diamond Paintings:

• Ship from our overseas warehouses
• Estimated delivery: 10-14 days worldwide
  

If you order both a full-sized kit and mini-kit in the same order, they will be shipped separately from their respective warehouses, and you will receive two tracking numbers.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times, and sometimes logistical hiccups do happen. However, we guarantee that you will receive your order, so if something goes wrong, we take full responsibility!

Q: Do you guarantee your shipments?
A: Yes! Each and every order we ship out is guaranteed. If something goes wrong, and you don't get your package, we offer refunds or free replacements.
